Helmed by founder and director, Patrizia Tenti, ERASTUDIO brings together
tradition and innovation, avant-garde design and contemporary art,
evolving in a multi-disciplinary creative studio.

Founded in 2010 by Patrizia Tenti, ERASTUDIO began as an apartment-gallery in Milan’s Brera district, redefining the experience of collectible design. Over the years, it has established a strong presence in major international fairs, showcasing visionary designers—from the Radical Architecture movement to contemporary talents.

What started as an apartment-gallery has since evolved into a multidisciplinary creative studio, specializing in collectible design and bespoke interiors. ERASTUDIO operates through three distinct yet interconnected platforms:

  • ERASTUDIO Gallery – A curated selection of collectible design, presenting rare and avant-garde works that bridge heritage and innovation.
  • ERASTUDIO House – A consultancy for bespoke interior architecture, creative direction, and project management, shaping spaces that reflect personal identity.
  • ERASTUDIO Garage – A private sourcing and rental platform for exceptional design pieces, celebrating craftsmanship across different eras.

LOCATION AND BUILDING HISTORY

ERASTUDIO Gallery is privileged to reside within the historic Palazzo at Via Gioacchino Rossini 3, a landmark within Milan's tranquil 'Quadrilatero del Silenzio' (Silent Quarter). This extraordinary building, constructed between 1871 and 1887 under the design of Innocenzo Odescalchi and Pietro Ortelli, stands as a testament to the eclectic architectural style of its era.

Known as the 'house of artists,' this palazzo has a profound history. It was once the residence of prominent patrons, including the legendary gallerist Alexander Iolas, renowned for his collaborations with leading surrealist artists such as Max Ernst, René Magritte, and Victor Brauner. This rich history is palpable within the building's romantic courtyard, where monolithic Candoglia marble columns, Bramantesque candelabra, and diverse cylindrical columns, each crowned with unique capitals, support elegant arches.

Today, the palazzo continues to be a vibrant hub of artistic expression. ERASTUDIO Gallery embraces this legacy, showcasing historical and contemporary design within these inspiring walls, ensuring the building's enduring role as a sanctuary for art and creativity.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
PATRIZIA TENTI

Patrizia Tenti, the visionary founder and director of ERASTUDIO, is an Italian architect who grew up steeped in the culture and mentality of a Tuscany region in which the antique mentality of undivided art and architecture persisted through the talents of great historical minds like Giorgio Vasari, Piero della Francesca and Francesco Petrarca, and many other artists. Now based in Milan, her influence spans the globe.

Patrizia's expertise shines in crafting architectural experiences for high-luxury retail and residential interiors across the world (USA, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, France, Switzerland, etc.), collaborating with iconic fashion houses like Prada, Helmut Lang, Ermanno Scervino, and Neil Barrett. Her journey has been enriched by partnerships with architectural luminaries from various nationalities and generations such as Oscar Niemeyer, Paulo Mendes da Rocha, Rem Koolhaas, Zaha Hadid, and Mario Bellini.

Driven by a lifelong fascination with contemporary art, fueled by her PhD research, she seamlessly integrates the visual realm into her architectural practice.

In 2010, she realized her dream with the founding of her collectible design gallery in Italy: a space where art, architecture, and design converge into a lived experience. For Patrizia, “art” refers not only to fine art, but also architecture and art-design; objects both decorative and functional, a style of life where boundaries between oneself and art can begin to melt away.
